Doc.connect automatically creates PDF documents and fillable forms directly from WEBFLEET orders.
When a WEBFLEET order is created, our cloud based software reads the job and automatically creates a predesigned document (For example, a delivery note). It is prefilled with the details of the job, such as the customer name and address and the order text. The form can also include drop down menus, check boxes and other items found on web pages.
The form is then emailed to the logged on driver of the TomTom that received the job. Using a cheap third party app, the driver uses his smart phone or tablet to obtain the customers signature on the form. With one more click, the completed document, along with signature, is emailed back to the office
