Order.connect automatically creates PDF documents and fillable forms directly from WEBFLEET orders.
When a WEBFLEET order is created, our cloud based software automatically creates a pre-designed PDF document (For example, a delivery note) that is pre-filled with the details of the job, such as the customer name and address and the order text. The form can also include drop down menus, check boxes and other items found on web pages.
The PDF document is then sent to the Order.connect App on the TomTom Telematics device.
The driver then uses the App to edit the document, for instance, obtaining a customer signature and then entering job notes.
Finally, the App sends the completed document back to the office.
